Curriculum
Six modules. One month each.
The modules run in sequence. Each builds on the one before and ends with a deliverable applied to your own organisation, leading to a capstone presentation before a panel of CFOs.
Influence & Communication
Stakeholder influence, persuasive frameworks, and explaining finance to non-finance audiences.
Leading the Finance Function
Building and developing the team, leading change, and partnering with other departments.
Board, Investors & Governance
Board reporting, the investor narrative, and a crisis communication simulation.
ESG, M&A & the Future Agenda
ESG frameworks (SASB, TCFD, GRI, CSRD), materiality assessment, and M&A integration.
Executive Presence & Capstone
Personal brand and thought leadership, closing with a live capstone presentation to a CFO panel.

- Format
- In person. Six full-day sessions in Accra, Ghana, held once a month.
- Between sessions
- Pre-reading ahead of each module and an application deliverable after it.
- Certification
- Certificate of Completion, awarded on submission of all six module deliverables and at least 80% attendance.

Who should apply
Eligibility.
- Current role. VP Finance, Finance Director or Financial Controller.
- Experience. At least 10 years of progressive finance experience.
- Ambition. Aiming to step into a CFO role within 18 to 24 months.
- Track record. Demonstrated capability as a partner to the business.
